Steve is an Air Force Veteran and was Vice President of Client Services for a NASDAQ Technical Services Company before spending many years as a Senior Leader in the Executive Search and Building industry.
Steve Tyson also developed the national Broker Outreach and REALTOR Relations training program for a top-three national builder. He is a recognized Sales Trainer and has trained over 1500 sales professionals over the past 5 years and has also written numerous articles on Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.

Bertha Luna spent several years at a major San Antonio Builder where she worked in Contracting and REALTOR Relations. Bertha learned quickly how important the Real Estate Community is to Builders, recognized a need, and started the San Antonio Builder Guide with Steve Tyson modeled around their dedication to fanatical levels of customer service and instant communication between Builders and REALTORS. She is a 2009 graduate of the prestigious Alex E. Briseno Leadership Development program facilitated by The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Before entering the Real Estate industry Bertha was a teacher and taught Kindergarten in Mexico. Bertha is married, resides in San Antonio and has a growing family of two girls and one boy.
